    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an enzyme water production apparatus which comprises an activation liquid tank for activating an enzyme, an enzyme liquid-supplying mechanism for supplying an enzyme liquid to the activation liquid tank, a water supply means for supplying dilution water, a heating means for keeping the temperature of the diluted enzyme liquid to convert the enzyme liquid into an enzyme water containing the activated enzyme, and a means for discharging the obtained enzyme water, and which stabilizes an enzyme liquid supply rate from the enzyme liquid-supplying mechanism, elongates the life of the enzyme liquid-supplying mechanism, and does not need a CPU for controlling the enzyme liquid supply rate. SOLUTION: This enzyme water production apparatus is characterized in that the enzyme liquid-supplying mechanism comprises a non-crush type positive displacement pump 6 comprising an airtight chamber 8 and a reciprocating operation means 9 for alternately performing a liquid supply process for increasing the volume of the airtight chamber 8 to guide the enzyme liquid in an enzyme liquid-storing container 4 into the airtight chamber 8 and a liquid-discharging process for discharging the enzyme liquid in the enzyme liquid-storing container 4 to an activation liquid tank 2, and the activation liquid tank 2 is changed in response to the increase or decrease of the liquid in the activation liquid tank 2 and alternately performs the liquid supply process and liquid discharge process of the reciprocating operation means 9 on the basis of the change in the activation liquid tank 2.
